Unprofessional riders

They failed to deliver my package from Temu since 22 September. Yet to get the package till now. The two riders the customer care asked me to reach out to sound very rude and unprofessional. The customer care unit is worst. Nobody should use them forever

Terrible Service

Kwikpik is the most shitty logistics service ever. Their riders do not deliver the goods to you but ask you to come meet them at their desired location. They are unreliable and should never be used for any logistics. I have had to report them to TEMU. If you want stress and discomfort, they are the best people for you. Otherwise, RUN
